Our Natwest Eligibility check showed we would be accepted for a Balance Transfer card. But when we tried to apply it was declined. Does this happen often? and what can we do about it?

This happened to me. I asked for a explanation but they wouldn’t or couldn’t. They weren’t really interested, I switched to someone else who gave me exactly what I wanted. Just try elsewhere.0
