I'm in the process of switching to TOTO and I have read a lot of bad press and so now I'm worried about the switch in progress its after my cool off period too as soon as I am live can I switch ? ? I don't know if I'm being over cautious but a lot of people have had problems but as I'm on economy 7 they had the best tariff I could find with 6p night rates which is when I use a good 60% of my consumption especially in the colder months of which there have been a lot more this year - any thoughts ? does anyone have TOTO supply them and is there any good feedback please

Thanks but its all mainly from 2017 which is 2 years old now, pretty mixed reviews but what I'm trying to find out is if people still have any problems 2 years on since hopefully they're now more established - hopefully
