Vodafone early termination fees

I hope people on here may be able to help...
long story short - i started getting random bills from Vodafone (shock) so refused to pay. they kept sending out random bills when the phone wasnt being used... i refused to pay until their billing was rectified. They then sent out a final bill a year later for almost £2k (!) which included very high fees for an early termination fee. naturally, i declined their offer to pay.
obviously, this went to Lowell... who were useless... and they refused to refer it back to Vodafone. Lowell sent it to Lowell solicitors who naturally progressed it to court. A last ditch email to Vodafone’s chief exec ultimately lead to Vodafone recalling the debt from Lowell and after much faffing the debt is back with Vodafone... who have admitted the bills were random numbers that couldnt be explained. My credit rating wrecked and leaving me unable to get a business bank account - and messed up a mortgage application.
After recalculation They now was about £800 for early fees and a bill which was initially disputed - they can go whistle for it as had their billing been correct initially then we wouldnt be where we are now. They offered £150 in compensation for my hassle.
I threw a quick FB post up and a couple of friends have had similar vodafone issues... but i suspect the issues are wider spread. How many other people have had similar problems with Vodafone.
I’m looking to take further action agains them and strength in numbers is never a bad thing.
Thanks for reading and I hope this thread helps someone out.

also - they’ve admitted their billing is totally unjustified - nobody there can figure it out... even in their chief exec’s department. It’s a total admin/system !!!!-up0
