PCN - Future Parking Limited

Hi, can someone please advise me on the next steps.

I received a PCN through the post from the above requesting £60 within 14 days or its £100. I issued the the template from this site not naming the driver but appealing as the keeper.
Today I received a reply from them stating the following:
"Thank you for your email dated 25th May 2019.
The registered keeper is liable for payment of the unpaid Parking Charge Notice if they are unable to provide us with the driver’s details at the time the Parking Charge Notice was issued.
Please refer to Protections of Freedoms Act 2012 Schedule four, for further details on this.
If you are able to provide us with the drivers details at the time the Parking Charge Notice was issued we will contact them directly. If you cannot provide us with these details we will have no option but to pursue the claim against you as the registered keeper."
Do i take this as they are rejecting my appeal and ask them to provide me with the popla code or should I follow the original requests on the template - ii.e. "in all cases, you must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date."

Hi and welcome.

You can ignore that letter and wait patiently for their appeal rejection letter and your PoPLA Code.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so complain to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

Let's have a look at the NtK you've received (both sides). If it isn't PoFA compliant you can complain to the DVLA that they are making misleading statements on keeper liability. Chance to get them sanctioned.

... but they can't add a random £70 for the same letters that create the business model for the £100 charge. Double recovery - not allowed in law.

The £100 already covers the cost of letters (the Beavis case said so, and that PCN was £85).

Hi,
Still not heard anything since their email on the 28/5/2019, that I shared above.
Should I just continue to wait until they reject my appeal and send me the POPLA code or should I chase them up?

But that was only a week ago.
Did they not give you 14 days, or maybe 28 days, to supply driver's details?

No thier reply email just stated the above, with no mention of dates.
Okay so I just ignore this email and await the rejection letter.
