Lloyds ppi advice

Hi guys just looking for a bit of advice.
Back in 2013 i wrote to lloyds to claim ppi on several loans i had with them. I don't have the paperwork for any of the loans and didn't either at the time as I was a bit younger and presumed that they would tell me if I had ppi and just repay any money owed. A mistake I know. I received a letter back saying that I hadn't had any ppi and I had 28 days to reply, not having any paperwork I naively left it as i was thinking they know best.
With the deadline for ppi coming up I decided to have a look back and claim what I could, forgetting I had already tried with Lloyds and applied for them to investigate ppi through their website. I have read that Lloyds were notorious for initially rejecting any ppi claims and sent letters that ppi wasn't taken out with loans when it was.
I received a letter from them with 3 account numbers on, information I didn't have so couldn't have given them. The letter states that I have previously tried to claim ppi back but I didn't reply to contest back in 2013 and that they consider the matter closed. The fact that they have dug up 3 account numbers makes me wonder if there really was ppi on them.
My question really is what can I do? Is it too late to apply for the original paperwork and start a new claim?
Sorry for the length of this post but I am I little stuck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I understand anything must be a long shot but I'm after a little advice not a couple of sarcy comments. Not too much to ask from adults is it?0

Your attempt to somehow reactivate it in 2019 is not going to change that I'm afraid.
The fact that the Bank provided your account numbers is irrelevant.
They told you six years ago that there was no PPI on your accounts.
In order to check those accounts, they had to have access to the account numbers. Otherwise, they would have simply told you that they had no record of your finance at all.
Either way, the result is the same..no refund for you.0 -
Thankyou for your answer I appreciate your time0
