What to buy a girlfriend? Original ideas welcomed

Ive bought a main present, but just want to get a load of bits.

So things upto £50 considered and ill pick the best things out.

Im after quite original gifts that look like a bit of thought has gone into them, rather than getting her perfume, cd's and the usual things.

Thanks.

I give you one good tip: Listen closely to everything your girlfriend says. Never do women hint so heavily about what they like than before Christmas. Men just need to listen. Failing that, you probably can't go wrong with pamper vouchers.

A silver necklace with pendant. It won't be misinterpreted like a ring could but it shows that she is special to you and it will be a keepsake for her.

My husband bought me a diamond necklace a couple of years ago and I cried so much. It was lovely.

I was looking at the Debenhams Spectacular earlier on. They have a Hot Diamonds set with a silver necklace and earrings inset with little diamonds which will be half price - £90 down to £45. Elegant and simple, she can't fail to like it :)

Congratulations Alias - perhaps you can buy her an engagement ring next year?

I love the way you want thought to have gone into them. Just not your own! Classic! :rotfl:
