Please can anyone tell me if it is possible to remove photos from google drive without them being removed from google photos. Many thanks to anyone who can help. Regards kje.

Deleting a photo from within Drive will also delete it from Photos.
You can remove the link between Photos and Drive by going to Drive, click the options cog, choose Settings and unticking Create a Google Photos folder.0 -

It is possible but first you must add the photos to an album (or albums) in Google Photos. The photos won't be deleted from those albums.Please can anyone tell me if it is possible to remove photos from google drive without them being removed from google photos.
