Sky Sky Still Charging me after Cancelation

Hi Everyone I am Asking Has This Happened to You !! I Cancelled Sky in 2015 and Got a Reminder in the Post on Friday to Get Cover for the Sky Box Dish Etc . I went onto the Sky Website and Changed my Password to Access the Account to find Out Sky are Still Charging me Despite Cancelling in 2015 , A rough Estimate of £1300 Has been taken by Sky What Chance do I have in Getting All or Some of this Money Back. Has anyone Done this and How or What Method did you Use .Any Help would be Fantastic .Cheers Francis

Doesn't matter if it has or not.

Send a complaint with whatever evidence you have. However, having happily paid for 4 years, your chances are extremely slim.

I Cannot Understand How i Missed This on my Bank Statements , Oh well i will Ring Them and see what they will Do. Not holding out much Hope even tho i Spent about an Hour Cancelling and Being through Various Different Operators in Sky. Seems Bad Customer Service As it Is Their Mistake for Not Cancelling the Service as i Asked .Cheers Francis

I'd say it is your mistake alone in not checking your bank statements regularly enough.

What other Direct Debits are you still paying without realising?
