Being an Au Pair and repaying loan

Advice needed please. My daughter is working as an au pair in Germany and has kept SF upto date. They have asked for various information which she has uploaded. She earns around €240 per month and has just received a letter from SF informing her that her repayments will be £405 a month starting from July 2019
Anyone else been in this position and how did you sort it out? Thanks
