HSBC switching bonus when with First Direct

A bank is not under any obligation to take you on as a customer - with the exception perhaps of a basic account, but the HSBC Advance isn't a basic account when you have no other account(s). You imply that you were accepted after initially being rejected - if so, well done. It's always worth asking if you got rejected, though this doesn't mean you have a right to a get accepted, even if you think you should be accepted.lindylootoo wrote: »If you've read the t's & c's and can comply with them - you qualify!
