Hi last year we put in a claim for ppi for 2 different policies. We were offered an amount by both and at the time choose to accept one but we didn't send the form in for the other as we decided to keep it running . However since then we have been lucky enough to be able to pay off our morgage. So before I cancel this policy am I too late to now send off the form to claim the amount they offered or to reapply for it again. Thank you.

Are you sure it's still running?
A complaint means you don't think you should have been sold the policy and it would normally be cancelled.
If it's still running, I wouldn't expect a complaint to now be upheld, as you've chosen to keep the policy.0 -
Yes, you're too late to do either.am I too late to now send off the form to claim the amount they offered or to reapply for it again0 -
