Selling Shared Ownership- Buyers solicitor refusing to exchange!!!!!

Hi All,
I NEED HELP! I have sold my shared ownership apartment and my buyers solicitor is refusing to exchange.
Firstly they raised over 40 enquiries on a 1 year old apartment! Now, at the point of exchange they're saying they need the estate management company to issue a sellers pack due to "restrictions on the lease" which is costing me £240.
My solicitor has spoken with Trinity (estate management company) and they have confirmed in writing that because I'm only selling my share and that the housing association are essentially still remaining as the landlord that a sellers pack isn't required as there aren't any restrictions if I'm just selling my share.
My solicitor has forwarded this email onto my buyers solicitor but she is refusing to exchange without the sellers pack.
I'm not sure what else I can do here? I'm already spending thousands of pounds and apparently Trinity can take up to 2 weeks to respond with the sellers pack.
My property I'm purchasing has given me a deadline of exchange next week as the sale has already been going on 4 months! Any advice????

Get the sellers pack or find another buyer and start again?
If the other side is refusing to back down then there doesn’t appear to be any option and arguing the toss will just delay things further.
I would always seek a sellers pack as it will reveal any costs that you may have to pay or any upcoming works etc. The problem here appears to be that they have been somewhat slow in asking for it.0 -
Just get the sellers pack as quickly as possible and have done with it.0

Stop wasting time arguing. The buyers solicitors wants the documentation and as you are selling your share, it is treated as a sale and therefore the documentation will be needed by the buyers solicitor so they can advise the buyer.0

Get confirmation in writing from the buyers solicitor that that is the only extra piece of information they require before exchange goes ahead and that exchange will take place within 48 hours of them receiving the pack.
If this is not acceptable say good bye and start again.0
