Water in and under fridge

I have a Beko ASD241B american style fridge-freezer. Lately, there's been water collecting under the salad crisper at the bottom. I moved the fridge and there's water on the floor under the freezer side. There's no obvious drainage hole I can spot that needs to be unblocked.
Any ideas?

The online manual doesn't have this problem listed in the trouble shooting section:

I would check all the containers have their lids screwed on and see if there is any leak coming from the water dispenser which seems to be above the salad drawers.
We had a problem with our fridge freezer last year, partially caused by my DD spilling some of the contents of the ice cube trays every time she put the water filled trays back into the freezer. I've got lidded containers now, so the spillage is all into the containers. But it was somehow condensing on the internal workings of the freezer and stopping the fan working properly.
I turned it off completely for 24 hours and I found I had a huge amount of water to mop up the next day. But, its been running perfectly again ever since.OSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

None in the handbook.Does the hand book / online help, show a drain, maybe that is blocked.
All containers are lidded. The ice maker is empty, and the water dispenser has never been used.supersaver1000 wrote: »I would check all the containers have their lids screwed on and see if there is any leak coming from the water dispenser which seems to be above the salad drawers.0
