If you look in the TodayOnly section (8) of the Scan website you can get a

19" Daewoo HL920W White/Black Widescreen LCD, 1440x900, 700:1, 300 cd/m2, 5 ms, VESA + Scan Microfibre Double Pack (Nano Technology) Cleaning Cloth with Mini Brush

for £91.64, until about 12:00 on Monday.

Every so often monitors come up in the TodayOnly section, so it's just a matter of looking... if what you're after is the cheapest 19" monitor you can find (there are probably better criteria than this!).
