Where to get sattelite cable for sky box?

My Dad's just upgraded from sky to sky+ and has kindly given us the old sky box, the idea being we'll use it to receive all the free channels as an alternative to freeview, which we can't get where we live. I've checked and I know we can definitely do this.
The problem is, we live in new built flats which already have a sky dish on the roof and so instead of a cable which comes through the wall we have a satellite output on the wall next to the standard aerial socket, and no way to connect this to the sky box. So I went into town today and asked at Curry's, who didn't know what I meant and tried to sell me a standard aerial cable instead - which definitely isn't what we need as it physically won't fit into the socket. We also asked at the Sony shop, a local electrical shop who sell loads of computers/TVs and even Gamestation but no luck. I'm considering ringing up sky on Monday to try and blag a free one, or at least buy one from them.
Has anyone else had this situation or does anyone know where I can get the cable from? Anybody had dealings with sky (Or for that matter know how to find a phone number on their confusing website??)

Sounds like a F connector. See this section in Maplin.0 -
It'll be the F-Plug to F-Plug lead (also known as a flylead)0
