This is a Hits Radio Network England Competition, running across the following radio stations:
CFM
Free Radio
Gem
Hallam FM
Hits Radio
Metro Radio
Radio Aire
Radio City
Rock FM
TFM
Viking FM
Subject to the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions the Competition is open only to those living in the broadcast areas of the above named stations (the “Hits Radio Network England” stations).

It still states this in the terms.
I think we just have to enter and be prepared for not being eligible if they call.

Hits radio have an app through which you can listen to the shows so I at least consider myself to be in the broadcast area!

They don’t ask for your address, so it doesn’t matter where you live. At least they didn’t ask me when I won with Bauer Media (can’t remember the station).

As another poster has said, most stations can be heard online, so the rules sound very vague, maybe if we win we should spend the money on a very good lawyer incase they want to reclaim the prize.

Yeah but reading the T&Cs literally (as they should be read) I would say that this competition is only open to those who live in areas where those stations are actually played... like can be played in your car played. I’ve submitted a query to ask anyway but I don’t think much can be done if you did win and don’t live in the area and they don’t give you the prize.

No I live in London. I won of Kiss FM and there terms were different to this one.
