More credit with joint or single card holder?

My partner and I need to get new 0% credit cards later this year (for stoozing mainly). Would we be more likely to get more total credit if we both got a card each, or if we got a joint card? If this question is too broad, how do we work out which approach would (probably) get us more credit?

You can't get a joint account.

Your limit will be determined by the account holder. Adding a secondary cardholder won't change that.

Applying for several cards on the same day each.
