Student Loan repayments

Hi All,
I'm in the final year of paying off my student loan. Last December I contacted the SLC and they took my details and set up a direct debit of 128p/m. It turns out I still paid £143 in January, which I've just got round to telling them about now so phoned up and asked them to deduct 143. When I use the calculator on the website, excluding Mays £128 that came out on the 17th, the balance is £1,080.08. The person on the phone mentioned that my balance, excluding May's payment is £1208.80. I didnt have my calculations to hand when on the phone, but they are all from payslips and direct debits this year which seem correct. I'm tempted to cancel the direct debit when I'm paid up according to my calculations, but how easy is it to correct mistakes like this. Can I email them or arrange a meeting as their phone system is pretty poor.
Cheers
