Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter’s Details: Crystal Ski Holidays is a trading name of TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”), a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton LU2 9TN Registered in England No: 2830117.

2. Organiser’s Details: This prize draw is organised and run by Family Traveller Ltd, whose registered office is situated at 26-27 Bedford Square, Fitzrovia, London, WC1B 3HP. Their registered trading number is 08336152.

3. Eligibility: Entry is only open to UK or Republic of Ireland residents who must be aged 18 or over on 23rd May 2019. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter and the Organiser or their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

4. How to Enter: Every eligible participant will enter through answering questions on the Family Traveller website. Each entrant online will automatically be given one (1) entry into the prize draw. Only one entry is allowed per person. No other action is required and no purchase or payment is necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. The Promoter and the Organiser do not accept any responsibility for any inaccuracy in the contact details supplied by the Participant that may result in the inability of the Promoter to contact that participant.

5. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and the Organiser and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available here.

6. Closing date for entries: You must have submitted a completed online feedback survey by Sunday 30th June 2019.

7. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter and the Organiser cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter and the Organiser are not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

8. Prize(s): The prize is for one holiday for 7 nights between 22nd December – 29th December 2019, on a half board basis for 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 and under, sharing a quad room at the Park Piolets Mountain Hotel & Spa, Soldeu, Andorra. Also included are return TUI Airways flights from London Gatwick Airport with a luggage allowance of 23kg per passenger and in-resort transfers. Travel insurance and other ski extra (E.g. Lift Passes) are not included. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled. 9. Selection of the winner: The Winner will be selected by a random draw by the Organiser from all eligible entries, which will be witnessed by an observer independent of the project team conducting the draw. The draw will be conducted no later than 10 working days after the closing date.

10. Notification: The Promoter will notify the prize winner by email, using the valid email address provided by the participant, after 30th June 2019 with instructions of how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to instruct the Organiser to choose another winner from eligible entries received.

11. Winner’s details: Details of the winner’s, name and country of residence will be obtainable from the Promoter after 30th June 2019 by writing to Crystal Ski Holidays, DST House, St Mark’s Hill, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 4BH.

12. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
