PCN - Civil Law Enforcement

I recently received a PCN through from Civil Law Enforcement for not entering my registration when I was taking my partner to the doctors surgery for an emergency appointment. I have appealed to Poplar providing evidence of the appointment that I was there for a legitimate reason. CLE has commented back with their evidence that they accept that but I am still in breach of contract for not entering registration as stated on signage. If my appeal is overturned should I continue to fight case or pay the fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's not a fine. I assume you mean it's just 'Civil Enforcement'. NO-ONE pays them.

Why don't you get the GP surgery to cancel it?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
