I will, I dont suppose i can get out of it based on information on the form being wrong? my address contains parts of my home address and parts of my works address!

I find it scary really that for parking in your own space some bunch of randomers can go and get info about you, not just registered home address, but its no coincidence they even have the road i work on in the address!!
Check what it states on the V5C, as that is where the PPC will have obtained your details.

There may be a problem in that part of the car was not parked in your own bay, and the scammers may use that as the basis for their claim.

Had it been an issue regarding a permit with the car wholly in your bay, you would be on solid ground. You need to check the terms and conditions surrounding common areas and see how they relate to you and your residential situation.

I agree. They don't seem to be disputing your right to park in your bay, just that you have encroached on other land. So you need to see what their signs and t&c state about that. Have they supplied photographs? I would take my own photographs showing the area and why you were not obstructing in order that a judge can get a hold on what they are on about.
