    I was about months in arrears at the time of making the arrangement so if I had of known I could have waited another week or two and hot a default then made the arrangement.
  • On the flip-side why wait until you were a month in arrears before contacting them?

    I took this to the financial ombudsman and have just had a ruling in my favour.
    Got a default backdated and £125 compensation.
    The account will now be removed from my file.
