Surrogacy in Ukraine

We're currently making decision on what path to move. So probably I'm here to hear some of your comments. all are highly appreciated.
Unfortunately we cannot conceive naturally (it's me, I cannot carry pregnancies due to health issues). That is why it's surrogacy for us. I'm asking, what surrogacy package would you choose if being in my shoes?? #
#1. Ideal package 39.900 euros (egg donation package with possibility of moving to surrogacy):
1 or 2 Embryo Transfers;
Medical treatment (they do not to have an age limit for egg donation programs);
Medications needed before transfer and 3 months after;
Egg donor fee;
Sperm donor (if needed);
Pregnancy monitoring till 12th week
Services of the coordinator in charge of the program;
Accommodation; Meals; Transfer from/to the airport and from/to the clinic.
In case of switching to surrogacy you are provided with services included into surrogacy package of your choice.
PGD/PGS (included in surrogacy packages only).

#2. VIP Surrogacy Package (waiting time: up to-2,5 months) 49.900 euros:
Medical Part: Medical tests and checks for all participants of the program (intended parents, surrogate mother and egg donor). Medications for all participants of the program. Unlimited IVF cycles. Pregnancy care (pregnancy monitoring) for the SM. DNA paternity test in their partnering laboratory. PGD service to detect the possible genetic abnormalities and sex of a baby(s) (if indicated!!). In case of the premature birth all the expenses related to additional medical treatment, special medical equipment utilization etc. are covered by them from the first day of birth. The child´s doctor attends the baby every day. Besides customers are provided with the
24/7 phone consultation of a leading English-speaking pediatrician and if needed this leading pediatrician visits the baby upon the request. In case of miscarriage compensation to a surrogate mother is paid by them. Customers are provided with the complete physical checkup of the baby(s) by the focused specialists. Customers can be present during the delivery and stay with a baby in the maternity hospital in separate room until the discharge. Needed injections are performed by the coming nurse domiciliary - in the apartments where the customers are staying. Customers can be provided with the services of the surrogate mother who has already had the experience of a surrogacy.
Legal Support and Paperwork: Surrogacy contract elaborations. Support on the final stage of the process for obtaining the birth certificate for a baby(s) and travel documents for them to leave the country.
Organization and Coordination: VIP service for the clients in the days of visits (no waiting list, etc/.) Customers are provided with the babysitter services from 9 o´clock in the morning till 6
o´clock in the evening. Customers are provided with the VIP support package: transportation, food based on the restaurant menu, separate apartment, services of attending housemaid, a car with a personal driver, smartphone and SIM card of Ukrainian mobile operator. Accommodation is provided for four (4) months after birth. Customers are provided with the newborn package - all the things needed to take care of a newborn baby.
Good thing is that the cost of every program at this clinic is divided into 6 payments - every payment is made on the certain stage of a program.

Why is it so important to go down this route?
Such a lot of money, could you not adopt or foster a child?
I do not have nor want children so I have no notion of maternal feelings but in the scheme of things that money could do such a lot to improve your lives and that of a child who otherwise would not have a good life xx

Have you checked the regulations about bringing a surrogate child born abroad into the UK?

I am sure that the poor woman in Ukraine will see none (or almost none) of this money.

If you can't carry a pregnancy why are you considering option 1, which seems to be mainly about implantation of an embryo into you?
