Final Value Credit - Help!!

Can anyone help me understand a final value credit. I've been awarded 2 by ebay for non paying bidders but I dont understand it. Does it mean that ebay will give me the money that should have been paid? If so, where does that money go? Nothing has gone into my pay pal.

Many thanks in advance for help! :D

    Hi Roxie

When you sold an item ebay takes a percentage of the sale. So say you sold for £1.00 your ebay account would say you owe ebay £0.10 (not exact numbers).

If the buyer does not pay, ebay credit your account with the fees they have charged you ie £0.10
