My brother is still the main driver as I only use the car about 2 hours a day, was a mistake putting the log book on my name though and now i still can't find anyone that will insure me for anything less than £10,000

You use the car two hours a day... but your brother is the main driver?

How many hours a day does your brother drive the car? 2 hours a day is a lot of use for a car.

I'm not driving it for 2 hours, school run morning and afternoon and shops. The rest of the time he has it. Anyone know where I could get insured from? I'd really appreciate it.

Don't forget that your brother also now needs to disclose that he has had a policy cancelled/voided.

This realy does look like classic fronting and you will face a very tough battle to convince anyone otherwise. The sort of evidence that would prove it is not fronting is evidence that your brother has been paying the insurance premiums, mot costs and servicing costs. If you have been paying these you have no chance.

He might "have it", but which of you is using it more?
If it's sat outside his house all day, then you are.

You really need to be phoning around as many insurers as possible.
