Could you please elaborate on what you mean by “only if the fee was monetary amount at the start and commission was taken to the amount of the fee would it be allowed”

If you signed an agreement that said there was a fee of £x and they only took a commission of £x (to match it) and it says if there is a clawback they will require you to pay the difference then that is allowed.

It must state a monetary amount. It cannot just say that if there is a clawback they will come after you for the amount of the commission or a figure that is different to the commission.

I am trying to get my agreement up but it doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve uploaded it by Dropbox but it’s still not showing the image.

    Try this:

    Save pic/photo to your desktop

    go to :https://postimages.org/
click 'Choose Images' - pics on your desktop should appear
click the pic you want - then click 'OPEN'
A menu appears - First on menu is 'LINK' - click the corresponding icon on right hand side. Should say 'Copied'
Paste the link into your forum post.
