Fixtures, Fittings and Contents form

Hello, I am buying a house and a first time buyer.

The house sellers have supplied a second FFC form which now includes a sofa, cupboards and shelving that we don't want to buy, but are we obliged to buy them?

Just to be clear, are they offering the items for sale or stating that they are leaving them in the house?

No, you are not obliged to buy anything. You can also specify that you would like the sellers to remove all items from the property on completion.

At this point it's all still up for negotiation.
