Hi
My wife had a debt with m&s in 2010 which is statute barred now Dryden on behalf of arrow want to pursue a claim. They claim to have been assigned it in 2014 but we have had no contact with them. We made a ppi claim to m&s and believe they've contacted arrow who've sent us a letter of claim in accordance with pre action protocol. Any advice?.
