You as a bankrupt have a duty to co-operate with the OR however they also have a duty to investigate.
They are also bound by data protection and if your partners income has not been declared for the purposes of your bankruptcy it should not cause an issue
There is a child maintenance calculator where your husband can check how he stands based on his income on your bank statements and if he's paying what the calculator says where's the problem?
As someone else mentioned you either comply or they ask your bank. I'm of the opinion in this case it's better coming from you.0 -
Is there any chance that this pig-headedness and tendency to refuse to cooperate helped bring you to bankruptcy in the first place?
