My husband returned a jacket to HoF for a refund on 22 March. He subsequently bought the same jacket in a larger size in a separate order. Thank you very much - I didn't realise that I could track the package if it wasn't sent using recorded delivery. I've looked at the information on the Royal Mail website, and it says that delivery was refused on 25 March, and there was a second attempt on 30 March, when the recipient wasn't at the address.

I'll advise him to contact his card provider as you've suggested.
