web-based system info

I am after a sysinfo type website that will give me details about the spec on the machine its run on. I am after a computer on freecycle but the donation person is a bit vague about the details on the machine and i am not sure of the full spec and whether its worth traveling on the train too collect. So I need to send them a simple to use website that will retrieve the detail informatoin about the machine eg CPU,MOBO,HDD,etc and she can email the results and put up a better advert for it on freecycle as well. I guess some people will just take a risk when they have a car but i am bit poor and can't afford paying out on travel. She is being very patient and waiting for me too give her help etc. i waffle enough now.

Program to download and run but it gives the results in a webpage. Someone may be able to suggest one that works completely within a webpage (I can't think of one offhand).

One of the most useful programs that tells you what's in a PC is Belarc Advisor. Get them to download it, run it and print it, and send you the first couple of pages of printout (the rest is about Microsoft fixes applied or not applied, and goes on for ages).

CPU-Z can produce an HTML or a more detailed text file report from either one of the two buttons in the About tab.

Have you noticed how easy it is to Acquire product Keys from people who have used Belarc???

Open a Google page and type this into the search Thought best to edit it out, too many Product Keys!!!
