Penalty Charge Notice Wrong Location

Hi,

Have received a Penalty Charge Notice for being in a Bus Lane (Code 34).

The photo does clearly show my vehicle and a copy of the traffic sign.

However, the location of this violation on the letter gives an address of 'Innovation Drive, Pendeford' and suggests the offense was committed on 12/05/19 at 10:32am (somewhere I have never been). At the date and time stated, I was in Stafford Town Centre.

Is this penalty notice valid as the wrong location address has been proved on the letter?

Any help/advice will be gratefully appreciated, thanks.

Is your reg clear in the photo?
Is it your vehicle? (Check for signs that make it clear it is yours; e.g. logos on the reg plate etc.)
Did you drive in a bus lane in Stafford at the date/time in question?

Incorrect details are usually fatal for a real Penalty CN.
