Important questions to ask before acquiring a car body repair service

So just a few days ago, my friends and I were in a car accident. It wasn’t too serious, but our vehicle got some cracks on the body. My brother then told us to contact this car body repair shop to get it fixed. But before anything else, is there any important things that we should ask the shop first? We just want to further ensure that we’ll be getting a good service from them. Thanks in advance!

If a third party is to blame then consider contacting their insurer to deal with your repairs

Alternatively if your driver was to blame and has comprehensive cover and another vehicle was damaged then see if claiming on the policy is cost effective ( after paying the excess)

Otherwise if getting repairs done outside of insurance ensure that you are happy before signing the satisfaction form and paying
