NatWest free £175 to switch & stay + 2% back on bills

Has anyone successfully done this? We filled out the online form over a week ago and at the end we were given a reference number and it said someone would contact us. We've had no contact since.

I would be interested to see if anyone has. My experience was a bit dreadful.

I really struggled to switch to Natwest back in Jan/Feb time when they did the first offer.... It took weeks of constant calling them to chase to find out what was happening to the point that the customer services lady said to me that I won't qualify for the switch bonus now as my account wasn't open before the deadline date so I told her to cancel the switch.

Both I and Mrs Z-man switched accounts to NatWest without any problems last year. Different switching offer to now, but procedure and process will be the same.

I took advantage of their switch incentive last year and apart from a minor issue of them not accepting my documents by their digital document service (I ended up just going and sorting it in branch) it all went very smoothly - if you have been given a reference number and still haven't heard anything from them, then I would strongly suggest getting in touch
