Company Car?

A lot of questions for a lot of subjects, hence the number of threads (sorry!)
My company is based from home, probably 99% of my driving is going to be for business, I own my own car and so I am wondering, is it better to own it myself and 'claim' mileage, fuel etc or should I sell my car to my company?
Which would have the greater benefit?
