Hi. Wondering if anyone has any experience with this.
I’m self employed and was offered x amount based on my last three years tax returns. I understand that if I had changed jobs I would have to declare it to the lender. What happens if I take an employed job (which pays significantly less than what I’d get per day self employed) but do self-employed work at the weekend? As I would still be self- employed would they still use my tax returns from the past three years or only go off my employed (significantly lower) salary? Thanks
