Contacting Euro Parking Services

Hi Everyone,
I'm just writing to see if anybody has contact details for Euro Parking Services. I've payed a parking charge notice online and the automated system stated there was an error at the end of the payment. When attempting to pay the PCN again it is stating that the ticket has already been paid. My concern is i have no email confirmation of this or receipt, and now no way in which to pay it. I've tried both internet payment, and phone payment, both of which say that PCN number has been payed. There is no customer service representative to speak to, and i'm receiving no replies from emails to two different addresses. Has anybody succesfully contacted Euro Parking services directly?
Thanks in advance.

Can't you just take a screen print of the screen that shows payment has already been made?
That, together with your card statement, should be enough proof.0 -
The problem is, as of this point, the money has not been taken from my account, and as the PCN number is recorded as having been paid, its not letting me pay it. My concern is they will just escalate the claim despite the fact that i am physically unable to contact them or pay the fine.
Thanks for your quick reply. its much appreciated.0 -

I have corrected that for you.
Sorry but you do know you are funding a scam, and it's not a "fine" don't you?
They have no interest in replying to you or helping you they only want money, and they've got it, they are busy now on the next victim that's not such a push over.
If it says it's paid take a screenshot and put it down to experience that you have been mugged.
If they come back later and say you still owe them come back here and add to your thread.0 -
So will it be ok if I just ignore any subsequent notices? I genuinely mean thanks. Any reply is gratefully received.0
