Switching Issue
Options
Hi All
First post so be gentle
I recently watched one of the Martins moneys shows. And realised I could get an even better energy deal even though I had already switched.
So Martin outlined the following steps.
If you are on prepayment meter.
1) Switch back to one of the big 6.
2) once switched request that you are moved to credit/billing meters.
3) once these are installed then you can re-switch to example bulb cheap energy.
Now the problem I am having is that I have switched from a DUAL tariff on BOOST to EDF.
However I switched on 20/03/2019 and my electric has switched but my gas is still pending.
I have spoken to 2 agents so far in the last 2 weeks and they both advise that they are investigating the issue and will get back to me. Which they don't.
So at the minute I do not have a gas bill except that I know I will be getting a gas bill at some point when that is who knows

I don't think Martin would have made any such recommendation, especially on a TV/Radio show.
I suggest you read and digest this

If you get into any difficulty with any supplier, follow their complaint procedure.0
