I suspect that the high number may be explained by the situation where customers of insolvent companies have been moved to a "supplier of last resort" which places new customers on the highest tariff. OVO did this to me and I moved quickly to Octopus. Suppliers of last resort do not seem to be too concerned about client retention if they can milk high charges from those who remain.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0
