Just uninstalling some redundant software from laptop and came across this.
No idea what it is or whether safe to remove? Can anyone please advise?

It is linked to VPN software.
If you are going to move to Windows 10, don't bother. Just clean install 10 to a new SSD and then move over the data that you want on to the new drive. Keep the old drive as back-up.0
