Well we got an AiP for up to 160k, but wanted to buy something cheaper for a first home. Obviously they can set the price to whatever they wish, but I'm not going to pay let's say 120k for this house.
They may serve me a notice anyway, when I report the faults to them. It would be easier for them to repair and refresh/upgrade the house without the tenant if the works turn out to be intrusive.0
