FTB and (potential ) new job

Hi all
We are deep into the process of trying to find a house and have somewhat seen a good one today . We have put the offer in and awaiting feedback from the vendor
In parallel, I have an interview next week for a new job and if I secure it , would this put us at risk with any potential mortgage offers ? ( I’ll be moving from one NHS Trust to another and my 5 years of service will follow )
If I get an offer for the new role it would probably take another 8-10 weeks before any physical move . This is made up of 8 weeks’ notice period and 2 weeks trying to sort out references and anything else .
Should I secure this role i will be about £6-8k better off annually not sure it makes much diff to my take home pay due to taxes but I want it for more experience , stability and exposure ...
However my question is how would the mortgage lenders view me if I take the new job ? Would I be considered more risky when compared to staying with my current employer and would this have an adverse effect on how much We can borrow / interest rate ?
Any advice or insights would be much appreciated pls

You say your "5yrs of service will follow" - so you'll be safe from the usual new-job probation period and 2yrs of lack of protection from dismissal...?
If so, then there's no additional risk compared to your current employer.0 -
Hi AdrianC . I think I’lol still be subject to 6 months probation but protected from dismissal .
Thanks for your advice0
