That kind of clause has no legal effect: you cannot put a clause into an agreement taking away a right that is given in law.


If this firm delivers the visas then you have lost the money. If they fail to fulfill their part of the contract and provide the service (or "service") for which you have paid within the promised timeframe then you should be able to reclaim your money by means of a credit card chargeback.

I got into the same scam as I was applying for turkey visa. I am wondering did they end up giving you the visa or refund the money?
