There was some smallprint in amongst the Kalyweb invoice/rules stating that you cannot reclaim your money on this type of service offered, so we will see how this pans out.
That kind of clause has no legal effect: you cannot put a clause into an agreement taking away a right that is given in law.
If this firm delivers the visas then you have lost the money. If they fail to fulfill their part of the contract and provide the service (or "service") for which you have paid within the promised timeframe then you should be able to reclaim your money by means of a credit card chargeback.
