Good morning the issue is I don't know if they have sent me all the data from the different machines. I have asked them to explain how I identify the machine I used in the list. They sent pictures of all the machines to Popla but now won't send them to me. My suspicion is that my machine might not be there but it is only a suspicion. Also there are obviously 2 car parks although it appears to be one big one because one of the photos of my car has car park 1 on it and another car park 2. They have just sent the list for car park 1. Should I still complain as you advised?0

If PP won't comply with you, then the only prospect you have of seeing what you want to see is via an ICO complaint. We have no hidden magic solution, I'm afraid.Should I still complain as you advised? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi there , so today I received a letter from PP Legal. They are asking for £170. From what I have read on this forum, I should not pay. I have reviewed the redacted number plates they originally sent and think I have worked out how the machines are coded and which machine was the one I used. I cannot see my number plate or anything similar. I still know that I paid. I would like to see the number plates (that are completely blocked out) immediately before and after the times they have noted for my entry and exit in case the machine's clock was faulty but they won't send me any further information. I don't know what else could explain the fact that I paid and yet they have no record of it.
Anyway, do I appeal to the Parking Company again? Am I right in thinking that I should ignore PP Legal letters? I am feeling shaky because it is just my word (I have no evidence) against their 'supposed' evidence.0 -
you aver that the blocked out data indicates one of them is the entry for your vehicle when you paid , its their job to prove otherwise
this will be done in your defence to any court claim, plus your WS too0 -
I received a Letter of Claim from bwlegal on the 02/10/19 asking for £240.39. According to the letter, I should have responded by now but haven't. I have read what you suggest about the SAR but I have already asked for this. I have reported them for the amount as suggested in the forum. What now? Thanks0

What is the issue date on the form? Did it come from Northampton?0

Don't think this is at court stage yet. It looks like the OP has only received a LoC from BWL.
@OP - if the above is correct, you can respond to BWL (even though you've missed the 30-day deadline) - see the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2, then just wait to see if they issue a formal court claim in the next few weeks. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
