They Are Blocking My Emails

HI I THINK MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN BLOCKED VIA SOME OF THE EMAIL PROVIDERS I RUN A BUSINESS ONLINE AND VIA EBAY AND HAVE BEEN SENDING MESSAGES TO MY BUYERS BUT THEY HAVE BEEN COMING BACK TO ME SAYING THEY CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO SPAM ETC... BUT THESE ARE JUST ON SINGLE REPLIES I USED TO SEND ABOUT 700 EMAILS A MONTH TO MY CUSTOMERS (not 700 per customer 700 in total lol) BUT HAVENT DONE THAT FOR A WHILE NOW DUE TO NOT WANTING TO GET THIS BLOCK ONTO MY EMAIL ACCOUNT IS THERE ANYWAY THAT I CAN STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING?

It might be the words you are using IN your email that has helped the ISPs to decide you are sending spam.

It's worth checking into that too. Words like FREE for example.
  • I am sending from yahoo and sometimes from gmail to a variety of different email address's but the last one i was just sending from my yahoo to another yahoo and all it was giving was the tracking number of a parcel i have sent for my buyer.

  • It could be that you're writing all in capital letters...
  • no just writing like a normal email tried again with another of my buyers asking for their postal address and came up with a similar message its getting very annoying now as i just sending bog standard replies and its being returned to me undelivered

If you were to quote the text of the messages that you are getting, it might assist. At present, you are saying the equivalent of "My car has broken down"...

Could it be the volume of e-mails...

If you are sending a lot of e-mails because you are running a business they might think you are a spammer offering services from a public e-mail instead of business acount.
