Apologies. Please understand we both work long hours and this isn’t an easy thing to get our heads round.
Unless you want your credit wrecked, your house emptied, and your car taken you must "get your head around" it. You are no longer dealing with a parking scammer, you are dealing with The Court Service.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Thanks for the update and feedback. Did you get your fee refunded? Coupon-mad is a lady. Many people have suggested a flow chart but it has been decided against that so many times.

Not yet. The letter confirming the case has been struck out only cam through yesterday. Going to look into it over the weekend. Letter clearly states the claimant has to pay our costs so will just need to look into how to do so. Yes I know... it's in the noob guide lol
