Agreed. If you use a significant portion of power overnight E7 deals will be better. Years ago, last time I bothered looking, the break-even point was 35% or more at night. No idea what the figure is nowadays, but I'm around the 20% mark.
Annoyingly, some comparison sites work out that you have an E7 meter and insist on showing only E7 tarrifs. Utterly stupid.
The break even point can vary from less than 0% (yes, where you will always be better off on E7) to about 70-80%
As I said it varies based on supplier & region
It is annoying that the comparison sites only show you the tariffs you can switch to, isn't it. :cool:

It's annoying when they will only show E7 tariffs, when I can switch to ANY tariff, E7 or non E7. So what point were you trying to make, albeit sarcastically?0
