Ebay seller sent wrong phone... twice!

    Right to price reduction or final right to reject

    But there are conditions attached. My understanding is that if the seller is offering a full refund then you can't insist on a partial refund/price reduction.

    Thank you. Never heard of that before.
    My basic knowledge always told me it was up to the retailer whether to repair, refund or replace and the customer could not insist on their preferred option.
    So not so much a legal right, more a polite request?
