Ok, so all the documents were sent last Thursday via email and post. I did get a proof of postage too.
They will make it by 29th May.
We put it for the attention of DJXXXX who did the set aside hearing.
I guess now it’s just a waiting game. I just really need this off my credit file ASAP because I’m sorting my mortgage out next week for the house we’ve offered on! Fingers crossed and I’ll keep you updated.

As your set aside application was granted, then the CCJ on your record should now have been expunged
