Hi I'm new to this
I finished my iva in Oct 2017 got my certificate in Feb 2018 from aperture so woohoo on free of debt . The other day I received a letter from some company (first dispute)associated with aperture regarding outstanding ppi so binned it. Today I received a phone call chasing up this letter saying I had sign it as part of my iva. now I thought having completed and being signed off meant I wouldn't have to sign anything over . Not that there is anything they got the ppi back during the iva .
Can they do that?

Aperture your old IVA company so they are looking to get the PPI payment towards your old IVA hence the tie with the other company.
You won't be the only one getting letters as they will be doing it with all their current and previous clients/customers (sorry, don't know what to class you as) due to the PPI deadline approaching.
I keep getting hounded by my now former DMC and their PPI chasing company.
Yes, they can do it.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
I would write to your old creditors with a request to see if you ever had any PPI, then claim it ASAP - you may get something or your IP will.
Good lucks0 -
